What must stay intact: [voice, source ownership, meaning, working features].
Output location: [an existing approved project home].

Inspect the actual material. Identify the few changes that would matter most. Separate observed defects from preferences and uncertain claims. Prepare a reviewable improvement within the scope I authorize, preserving sources and unrelated work. Show the result and any checks that actually ran.

If required material is inaccessible, say exactly what is missing. Do not invent findings. Do not install tools, contact people, spend or publish without the separate applicable approval.
