THE APPROACH
Less starting over.
More carrying on.
Your project is more than its last conversation.
THE PROJECT LOOP
Keep the thread
of the work.
A brief, the source material and an honest record of the result. Use an existing folder, document or repository as their home.
DotSys provides the workflows and templates. Your conversation with your dot and its available tools carry out the work.
- 01
Give the work a home.
Keep its purpose, references, choices, files and unfinished work together. “System” is the name for that durable home; you can use one you already have.
- 02
Prepare one useful next step.
Bring the current brief and source material into your conversation with your dot. Agree on the result, its destination and how you will review it. Available host tools determine what can be read or saved.
- 03
Choose when to build.
If code is needed, prepare a bounded Codex handoff with the repository, current revision and checks. Approve that build separately. Keeping a project does not authorize spending, publication or new access.
- 04
Keep a result you can pick up.
Save the artifact, what was checked and what still needs attention. Current source links help the next conversation continue from real work.

The brief builder works in this browser. Cross-chat synchronization, Records and Gummy connections are not included. The separate advanced guide preserves the existing Surface setup.
